Gostilna Gaj digitized the delivery process with a mobile application.
The mobile application is currently available to the staff of Gostilna Gaj.
A direct connection to the back-end system enables the transfer of data from the online store (ordering food) to the delivery service.
The application uses the location of the delivery person, which enables added value for the customer, since everyone who orders food online receives a unique link via SMS or MAIL, through which they can track the delivery.The application provides the following functions:• picking up food from the kitchen for delivery• direct access to the customers phone number (for delivery purposes)• direct navigation link via Google maps• completing the delivery (in this part, the function is triggered, through which the tax is confirmed and the invoice is issued, the customer receives the invoice via email, thereby reducing the consumption of paper and preserving the green environment)• review of the drive archive
